Learn how to set up Lighting Effects in Photoshop

Hello Creatives! Today I’m gonna show you how to add incredible lighting effects in Photoshop using free smoking brushes. Click on the bottom bellow to download all the resources you will need for this photoshop tutorial.

In the first step you have to open photo, then duplicate it. Start off  by selecting “Create a new fill or  adjustments  layer“, then select Gradient. Make sure its foreground to transparent. Change the first color to red then hit OK and change the style to Radial. Change The Scale to about 170 %, then change Blending Mode to Lighten.

Download Smoke Brushes.

Select Brush Tool (B) then choose smoking brush and make manipulation as shown on photo. You can change size of brushes and the angle the way you like.

Click Quick selection tool and make rectangle as shown in video below and choose Layer via Copy. Click in Layer Style and change size of Outer Glow and Inner Glow. Go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur then increase distance to 270 %. You can find us on facebook and support our works.
